Crapitty Crap

If you have 108 minutes and nothing to do, I suggest you start reading that book you've been wanting to read or watch a documentary about the biggest china restaurant in the world or go grocery shopping or tidy you underwear drawer or take a long bath or read some blogs or call your aunt that you haven't talked to in two years or pluck your eyebrows or get a pedicure,... the list goes on with all the things you can do in 108 minutes, but what you must not do is watch Obsessed, starring Beyonce, Idris Elba (I just love his name btw, it sounds so nice) and Ali Larter. Of course if you're a sworn Beyonce fan, you might love this movie and look past the fact that her acting is horribly horrible, that she looks almost white, that she walks like she's been hit in the balls, you might also not notice that a lot of the lines (or almost all of them) sound extremely fake and like they're being read directly from a piece of paper and that sometimes you can clearly hear that the voices has been added later. I presume that by now, you get that I didn't like the movie at all, not that the story was bad or anything, it could have been a lot better, just like Prom Night that I saw the other night, great idea but too predictable and poorly acted. Both movies actually have something in common: the fact that the trailer is more interesting then the whole movie.

Friends, my ass...

I don´t understand how some people can call themselves your friend when they do nothing to show or prove the friendship. People, friendship isn't about counting how many times someone didn't call you when you don't call either, friendship isn't about writing "I miss you" all over someones facebook wall because true friendship doesn't need to be confirmed by some stupid comments on someones wall or by ranging your friends on some stupid application, it isn't about how many times you didn't call but about all those times when you do call and about showing happiness and appreciation about that one call a month instead of moaning about never calling, is about making that extra effort, is about leaving the boyfriend you see everyday to meet the friend you haven't seen in over a year, is about sharing, telling each other secrets, and the latest news, is not about blaming each other for not caring, because true friends doesn't need proof to show they care.
I believe that a relationship, either it's between a couple, a mother and her son or two friends has to go both ways, both parts should give. One can't only receive without giving and vice versa...

Here are some of my true friends:

Mr. WTFisThisFreakyThing

Mr. SixPackSnowman

Miss SmileyFlowerFace

Mr. FreakyBear
(I think he's pedo-bear's relative)
Mr. CuteMeltingSnowThingyThatIsActuallyJustUglyAndTheFactThatTwoKidsMadeItDoesn'tNecessarilyMake itCute

blogs

I found yet another blog to follow. I read about her in the paper today. It give me the impression that it was just another blog where someone is trying to act overly-cute, but it wasn't. It was cute. At the same time, I was cruising trough old posts, "Just like heaven" by Katie Melua came on. Just perfect.
Today feels like an early autumn sunday morning.

Back to school, back to reality

Yes, or No. I was gonna start this post with a Yes but then realized that Yes will only reflect positiveness, which is something I lack of. Especially today. Because today was back to school-day. I know I´m not 10 and sad because the summer is over and because I´m obliged to go back to school, first because there has practically not been summer here and second because I did in fact choose to study this. It's something I want to do, but it's just that I want to do something else even more. So, now I'm doing this "a contre cœur". It doesn't help that my class is composed of 100-years old students and that I'm the youngest one. Ok, stop.

To accompany this winy and useless post, I here share a beautiful song:

I was a huge fan of the cranberries as a teenager and I´ve forgotten how beautiful their songs are!
